Why Did Your Emails Bounce Back?

Here’s why your emails might be bouncing and what you can do to fix it:

  1. Invalid Email Address
The email address might be incorrect or no longer active. Double-check for typos or outdated info.

  2. Full Mailbox
If the recipient’s inbox is full, they won’t get your email until they clear some space. Try resending later.

  3. Spam Filters
Your email might have been flagged as spam due to certain keywords or attachments. Ask the recipient to check their spam folder.

  4. Server Issues
The recipient’s email server might be down or experiencing problems. Wait and try again later.

  5. Blocked Email
If the recipient blocked your email or domain, your message won’t go through. Consider reaching out another way.

  6. Attachment Too Large
Big attachments can be rejected. Compress the file or share it via a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox.

  7. Authentication Problems
If your email server couldn’t verify your email’s legitimacy, it might get rejected. Ensure proper email authentication is set up (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
