🔧 Step-by-Step: Update Your Signing Name
1. Go to Settings
Log in to your PodPitch account and click Settings in the left-hand menu.
2. Open the Email Tab
Select Email → Email Settings.
3. Select Your Connected Email
Under Connected Emails, choose the email address you want to update.
4. Edit Your Signing Name
Inside your email settings, you’ll see a field for your Signing Name.
Enter the new name you want displayed at the bottom of your emails.
5. Save Changes
Click Save to apply your new signing name.
Your updated signing name will now appear on all future outreach emails.
