Step-by-Step: How to Stop Your Campaign
1. Go to Campaigns
From your dashboard, click the Campaigns tab.
2. Select Your Campaign
Click the title of the campaign you want to stop.
3. Use the Off / Manual / Smart Toggle
In the top-right corner, you’ll see the mode selector:
Off | Manual | Smart
4. Click Off
Switching your campaign to Off immediately stops:
New emails
Follow-ups
Smart Mode outreach
Manual sending
Your campaign is now inactive — but still saved and accessible.
✔ You Can Restart Anytime
To resume later, just toggle back to Manual or Smart.
