How to Change the Profile in a Campaign on PodPitch

Managing email settings and assigning the right profile to a campaign is key to ensuring your outreach runs smoothly. Here’s how to change the profile (email sender) connected to a campaign.

Step 1: Navigate to the Campaign Tab

  • From your dashboard, open the Campaigns tab.


Step 2: Select the Campaign

  • Choose the campaign where you want to update the email profile.


Step 3: Access Campaign Settings

  • Open Campaign Settings to view configuration options.


Step 4: Go to Email Settings

  • Click on Email Settings.

  • Press Edit to enable changes.


Step 5: Assign the New Email Profile

  • Expand the dropdown list of available email options.

  • Select the email/profile you want to assign.

  • Click Save Changes to confirm.


Alternative Method: Configure Campaign Email Senders from Settings

You can also manage email assignments from the Settings page:

  1. Navigate to Settings from your homepage.

  2. Select Email Settings from the menu.

  3. Choose the email account linked to the profile you want to use.

  4. Configure it according to the type of campaign emails being sent.

This method is especially useful for managing campaigns across different team roles or multiple profiles.
