🔌 Why Is My Email Saying It Lost Connection & Why Is My Campaign Paused?

If your email has lost connection, PodPitch automatically pauses your campaign to protect your sending reputation. This is totally normal — and very easy to fix. Just reconnect your email, and your campaign will resume right where it left off.

🔄 How to Reconnect Your Email

1. Go to Mailboxes

Open your PodPitch dashboard and click Mailboxes from the left-hand menu.

2. Click Email

You’ll see all email addresses connected to your account.

3. Remove the Disconnected Email

Click Remove next to the email showing a lost connection.

4. Reconnect Your Email

Select Sign in with Google (or your provider) and approve the permissions.
Once reconnected, PodPitch will restore sending and unpause your campaign.


💡 Why This Happens

Email providers occasionally disconnect third-party apps for security reasons. Reconnecting simply reauthorizes PodPitch and restores full functionality.
