Step 1: Open Connected Emails
From the left-hand menu, click Connected Emails.
Step 2: Start Connecting Your Email
On the Connected Emails page, click Connect Email (or Add Email if you already have a mailbox connected).
Step 3: Choose Google
Select Google as your email provider.
Step 4: Sign In with Your Gmail Account
Choose the Gmail account you want to use for pitching and sign in to Google.
Step 5: Grant Permissions
When prompted by Google, click Allow to grant PodPitch access.
These permissions allow PodPitch to:
Send outreach emails from your inbox
Track replies
Manage conversations inside PodPitch
Keep your campaigns running smoothly
Step 6: Connection Complete
Once authentication is complete, your mailbox will appear under Connected Emails.
Your campaigns can now send emails through your Gmail account, and podcast replies will sync automatically into PodPitch.
💡 Tips
We recommend connecting a professional domain email whenever possible for the best deliverability.
If your connection expires in the future, you can reconnect it from Connected Emails by selecting the mailbox and clicking Reconnect.
Connecting or reconnecting an email does not affect your campaigns, contacts, or account data.
