🪑 How to Check How Many Seats You Have Available

You can view your current seats and add or assign new ones from your account in just a few steps.

🔍 Check Your Seats

  1. Go to Manage Plan.
    ​(Click the purple upward arrow on the left side of your dashboard.)

  2. Under your Podcast Seats or Journalist Seats, you'll see:

    • Total seats you own

    • How many are assigned

    • How many are available

➡️ Manage Profiles & Seat Assignments

On the Manage Plan page, you'll see a banner titled Manage Individual Profiles and Seat Assignments.

  1. Click the Go to Profiles (purple) button.

  2. On the Profiles page, you can:

    • Click + Add New to create a new profile.

    • Assign an available seat to that profile.

    • If you don't have an available seat, you'll have the option to purchase an additional subscription (seat) during the setup process.

➖ Remove a Seat

If you'd like to remove a seat:

  1. Return to the Manage Plan page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the seat card.

  3. Click the Remove Seats link shown in the fine print.

  4. Follow the prompts to submit your seat removal request.

Note: Removing a seat does not immediately delete a profile. If you need help deciding whether to remove a seat, add another one, or reassign an existing seat, our support team is happy to help.
