✅ Step-by-Step: View Your Daily Email Volume
Step 1: Log In
Go to https://app.podpitch.com and log in to your PodPitch account.
Step 2: Go to Campaigns
Click Campaigns in the left-side menu.
Step 3: Select Your Campaign
Choose the campaign you want to review.
Step 4: Activate Smart Mode
If not already active:
Toggle your campaign to ✨ Smart Mode
PodPitch will open the Smart Mode configuration page automatically
Step 5: Open Daily Outreach Volume
Scroll to the Daily Outreach Volume section.
Here, you'll see:
Your current daily email send limit
A slider allowing you to adjust the number of emails sent daily
Recommended volume: 10–15 emails/day for best deliverability
Step 6: View Your Daily Email Sends
The Daily Outreach Volume section shows how many new podcast hosts Smart Mode attempts to contact each day.
This number reflects:
Your profile’s sending limit
Your Smart Mode settings
Email deliverability best practices
