✅ Step-by-Step: View Your Daily Email Volume

Step 1: Log In

Go to https://app.podpitch.com and log in to your PodPitch account.

Step 2: Go to Campaigns

Click Campaigns in the left-side menu.

Step 3: Select Your Campaign

Choose the campaign you want to review.

Step 4: Activate Smart Mode

If not already active:

  • Toggle your campaign to ✨ Smart Mode

  • PodPitch will open the Smart Mode configuration page automatically

Step 5: Open Daily Outreach Volume

Scroll to the Daily Outreach Volume section.

Here, you'll see:

  • Your current daily email send limit

  • A slider allowing you to adjust the number of emails sent daily

  • Recommended volume: 10–15 emails/day for best deliverability

Step 6: View Your Daily Email Sends

The Daily Outreach Volume section shows how many new podcast hosts Smart Mode attempts to contact each day.

This number reflects:

  • Your profile’s sending limit

  • Your Smart Mode settings

  • Email deliverability best practices
