Understanding the number of emails sent daily to podcast hosts is essential for managing your campaign’s outreach efforts. Our platform allows you to easily monitor this activity. Follow these simple steps to identify the number of emails sent each day through the Auto Pitch feature.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to go.podpitch.com

  2. Go to the Campaign Section

    • On the right side of the menu tab, you’ll find the Campaigns section. Click on it to see your active campaigns.

  3. Select the Campaign

    • Choose the specific campaign for which you’d like to identify the daily email activity.

  4. Access Campaign Settings

    • Once inside the campaign, click on Campaign Settings to view more detailed settings for that campaign.

  5. Go to Auto Pitch Settings

    • Within the campaign settings, scroll down and click on Auto Pitch Settings. This section allows you to configure and monitor how many podcast hosts are being contacted daily.

  6. View Daily Emails

    • In the Auto Pitch Settings, you’ll be able to see the number of new podcast hosts that are being contacted daily via email. This gives you an overview of how your outreach is progressing.
