🔕 How to Turn Off Follow-Up Emails in PodPitch

If you want to stop PodPitch from sending follow-up emails, you can easily turn them off in your campaign settings.

Step 1: Go to Campaigns

From your dashboard, click Campaigns in the left-side menu.

Step 2: Select Your Campaign

Click the title of the campaign where you want to adjust follow-ups.

Step 3: Open Settings

Click Settings (gear icon).

Step 4: Open Follow-Up Settings

Click Follow Up Settings.

Step 5: Turn Off Follow-Ups

To stop follow-up emails:

  • Uncheck “Send first follow-up emails?”

  • Tip: To stop all follow-ups, also uncheck “Send second follow-up email?”

Step 6: Save Changes

Click Save Changes to confirm.
