✅ Step-by-Step: Check & Edit Your Targeting
Step 1: Go to Campaigns
Open your PodPitch dashboard and click Campaigns.
Step 2: Select Your Campaign
Choose the campaign whose audience targeting you want to review.
Step 3: Open Targeting Settings
Click Settings, then select Targeting Settings.
Step 4: Edit Your Topic Keywords
Click inside the field labeled “What should the podcast talk about?”
You can:
Add new keywords
Remove or refine existing ones
These keywords help PodPitch understand what topics you want to target.
Step 5: Adjust Listener Count
Click the listener range section to increase or decrease the audience size of podcasts you want to target.
Step 6: Update Location Filters
Click the location section to choose:
Country
State
City
You can broaden or narrow geographic focus.
Step 7: Save Your Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your updated targeting.
🔍 What to Look For
Too Broad?
If you have thousands of matches, try narrowing your keywords or raising listener thresholds.Too Narrow?
If you have very few matches, loosen your filters or broaden your topic keywords.Relevance Check:
Make sure your keywords match the client’s expertise and expected podcast topics.
