The Bulk Edit tool helps you quickly clean up your campaign by skipping or removing multiple podcasts at once. Instead of filtering one podcast at a time, you can instantly remove groups of podcasts based on criteria you choose.

✨ What You Can Do With Bulk Edit

When you open your campaign and click Bulk Edit (top right), you’ll see these filtering options:

🔍 Too Big or Too Small

Skip podcasts that are outside your preferred audience size.

💵 Paid Placements

Remove shows that charge a fee for guest appearances.

📭 Podcasts I Haven’t Pitched Yet

Quickly clear out all unsent podcasts if you want to refresh your list.

❌ Poor Matches

Skip podcasts with low relevance scores based on your keywords and targeting settings.

🛡 Safe Mode: What It Means

Bulk Edit only affects podcasts you haven’t emailed yet, so:

  • No sent pitches are deleted

  • No replies or active conversations are affected

  • You can safely clean your list without disrupting ongoing outreach
