🎧How to Divide Connected Emails Between Podcast Pitching and Journalist Pitching

If you’re running both Podcast Pitching and Journalist Pitching at the same time, you may notice that your daily send limits are shared across your connected email. Here’s how to manage your sending capacity across both products.

✅ How Daily Sending Works

Each connected email has a maximum number of pitches it can safely send per day. When two campaigns use the same email address, they split that limit.

Example:

  • Journalist Pitch may use up to 18 sends/day

  • Podcast Pitch may use up to 12 sends/day

If both are connected to the same email, they share the same daily allowance.


🔧 How to Balance Sends Between the Two Campaign Types

Option 1 — Review Daily Send Allocation

Inside each campaign, check:

  • How many emails are scheduled today

  • Whether there are enough contacts in the queue

  • Whether one campaign is using most of your daily sending limit

This helps you understand how your single email address is being divided.


Option 2 — Add a Second Sending Email (Recommended)

If you want both campaigns to send at full capacity, add a second connected email.

Go to:


Settings → Email → Add Another Email

You may use an email like:

Then assign each campaign its own sending email.

This allows both Podcast Pitching and Journalist Pitching to send the maximum number of pitches per day without splitting limits.
