🎧 How to Permanently Delete a Campaign

If you want to clean up your dashboard by removing campaigns you no longer need, you can permanently delete them in just a couple of steps. Since deletion is irreversible, PodPitch requires a two-step process to help prevent accidental loss of data.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Archive the Campaign

  1. Go to your Campaigns tab.

  2. Hover over the campaign you want to remove.

  3. Click the folder/archive icon that appears to the right of the campaign name.

  4. Confirm that you want to Archive the campaign.

📌 Archived campaigns are hidden from your main dashboard but not permanently deleted yet.

Step 2: Permanently Delete the Campaign

  1. Click the Archived tab at the top of your Campaigns page.

  2. Locate the campaign you just archived.

  3. Click Delete next to that campaign.

  4. Confirm the action.

⚠️ Important:
Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Once deleted, all podcast data from that campaign is removed and those podcasts become eligible for repitching in future campaigns.
