Step 1: Open Your Campaign
From your PodPitch dashboard, click the Campaign you want to update.
Step 2: Go to Follow-Up Settings
Click Settings in the top-right corner.
Select Follow-Up Settings.
Step 3: Turn On Re-Pitching
Toggle Re-Pitching to ON.
Choose how long PodPitch should wait before sending the next outreach:
30 days
60 days
90 days
PodPitch will automatically re-send your pitch to podcasts that never responded.
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Click Save — re-pitching will now run automatically.
No manual sending needed.
💡 Tip
Most podcasts simply miss the first email.
A well-timed re-pitch can double your reply rate — especially at 30–60 days.
