Step 1: Go to Email Settings
Click Settings on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Select Email from the options in the left-hand column.
Step 2: Edit Your Signature
Find your connected email address under Team Email.
Click Edit next to it.
In the box that appears, you can:
Add your last name.
Insert line breaks to make it cleaner.
Remove hyperlinks (for example, unlink your email address if it appears underlined).
Step 3: Save and Test
Click Save after making changes.
Send a quick test email from your campaign to make sure your signature looks the way you want.
💡 Tip
Keep your signature simple and professional — your name, title, and company are often enough. Clean formatting makes your emails look polished and consistent across campaigns.
