Step 1: Go to Your Account Settings
From your PodPitch dashboard, click the Settings icon on the left-hand side (it looks like a gearbox).
Click the Account tab.
Step 2: Select “I Might Need to Cancel”
Scroll down to the bottom of the Account page.
Click, I might need to cancel.
You’ll see two options:
I need help – if you’re having technical issues or need assistance before deciding.
I want to cancel – to send a direct cancellation request.
Step 3: Your Request Goes to Your Customer Success Manager
Once you click I want to cancel, your request will automatically be sent to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
They’ll review your account and confirm your cancellation, making sure everything is handled smoothly.
What Happens Next
You’ll receive a confirmation once your request has been processed.
You’ll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle (unless you request immediate cancellation).
