Adding a hyperlink to your PodPitch campaign emails helps direct podcast hosts to external links — like your website, TEDx talk, or press page — in a clean, professional way.

Step 1: Go to Your Campaign Settings

  • Open your campaign in PodPitch.

  • Click Settings at the top of the page.

  • Scroll down to Custom Writing Instructions.

Step 2: Add a Hyperlink Command

In the Custom Writing Instructions box, write your request like this:

hyperlink this “https://example.com” into this specific sentence “Check out the TEDx talk here.”

Your email will then include a hyperlink that looks like:

“Check out the TEDx talk here.”

PodPitch’s AI automatically adds the link so it fits naturally into your sentence.

Step 3: Preview the Email

  • Save your campaign and click Preview Email.

  • Make sure the link appears correctly and points to the right page.

💡 Tips for Great Hyperlinks

  • Use short, simple phrases like “Learn more” or “Watch here.”

  • Avoid adding multiple links in one sentence.

  • Always test your links before sending your campaign live.
