Step 1: Find the Podcast in Your Dashboard

  • Go to your campaign dashboard in PodPitch.

  • Locate the podcast you recently appeared on — for example, The StrongHerWay: Healthy Nutrition Podcast.

Step 2: Search for Similar Podcasts

  • Click Search & Lists on the left-hand menu.

  • Enter the podcast name to locate it in our database.

  • On the right-hand side, click Find Similar Podcasts.

  • Select the ones that fit your audience and click Add to Campaign or Save to Media List.

💡 This helps you find shows with similar audiences, topics, and host interests — ideal for building momentum from your last guest spot.

Step 3: Add It to Your PodPitch Profile

Show your credibility as a guest by updating your profile:

  1. Go to Profile SettingsBox 2 (Bio/Description).

  2. Add a line like:

“Recently featured on The StrongHerWay Podcast, where I shared insights on nutrition and productivity.”

Step 4: Include the Episode Link in Your Signature

Make it easy for hosts to verify your experience.

  • In your Profile Signature, include a direct link to the episode.

“Listen to my latest guest interview here: [Insert Link]”

This acts as proof of authority and helps you stand out when pitching new podcasts.

Step 5: Repurpose the Content

Once the episode goes live:

  • Mark the podcast as Appeared in your dashboard.

  • You can use tools like Opus Pro (not affiliated with PodPitch) to create short, engaging clips for social media or newsletters.

Repurposing your content helps you amplify your reach and build long-term visibility.

💡 Pro Tip

Each podcast appearance adds to your track record. Mention it in your pitches to show hosts that you’re an experienced, reliable, and engaging guest.

Example:

“I recently appeared on The StrongHerWay Podcast to discuss how entrepreneurs can balance productivity and wellness — I think your listeners would find this relevant too.”
