✅ How to Request a Pause
Pausing your PodPitch subscription is possible directly through the dashboard or via chat support, depending on the version of the interface you are using.
If you're using the older PodPitch interface, just message us through the chat in your PodPitch dashboard and tell us you’d like to pause your subscription. For users of the updated interface, self-service options are available through the dashboard.
If you're using the current interface, the pause can be processed directly by following dashboard prompts. Otherwise, our support team will handle it for you on the backend.
🟣 What Happens When Your Plan Is Paused
When we activate Pause Mode, your account switches to:
Database Access Mode — $19.99/month
You keep:
All profiles
All campaigns
All email drafts
All settings & filters
All reporting history
Your entire database access
You simply won’t be able to send new pitches until you resume.
🔄 Resuming Full Access
When you’re ready to pitch again:
👉 Just message us in chat and we’ll help reactivate your full subscription.Alternatively, users of the updated interface can reactivate their subscription directly through the dashboard by navigating to the account settings and following the prompts.
We’ll switch you back instantly, and everything in your account will remain exactly as you left it.
💡 Tip
Pause Mode is perfect if you’re between clients, taking a break, or preparing new outreach but not actively sending pitches.
