How to Swap Out a Client Profile

After running a campaign for 30 days, you can easily swap out an active client profile to make room for your next customer.

Step 1: Check if the profile is unlocked
Go to Profiles.

In the column showing availability:

  • If you see a lock icon with days remaining, the profile is still locked

  • If you see the swap arrows, the profile is ready to be swapped


Step 2: Ensure campaigns are not active
Before swapping, make sure the current profile does not have any active campaigns.

If they do, pause or complete them first.


Step 3: Use the swap arrows
Click the swap arrows icon next to the profile you want to replace.


Step 4: Select or create the new profile

  • Choose an existing profile, or

  • Click Add Profile to create a new one

Then select it in the swap flow.


Step 5: Confirm the swap
This will replace the current client on that seat with the new one.


Key notes:

  • No need to deactivate profiles

  • No “Any time” label anymore

  • Swap arrows = ready to swap

  • Lock icon + days = still within the 30-day window
