📝How to Rewrite Your Campaign Emails

If you’d like to make changes to your campaign’s email copy, PodPitch 2.0 makes it simple to rewrite all your emails with updated tone, language, or personalization.

Step 1: Open Your Campaign

  • Go to your campaign (for example, Rob’s Radiant Relationship Revelations).

  • Once the podcasts are loaded, review the AI-written emails.

Step 2: Adjust Your Settings

  • Click Settings in the top right screen menu options.

  • If you’d like less specific intros, turn off the option “Should we reference a specific moment from recent episodes.” Select Yes or Nope to proceed.

  • Add a custom instruction to guide the rewrite (e.g., “Keep tone friendly and concise”).

Step 3: Rewrite All Emails

  • Click the Rewrite button.

  • If you’ve manually edited any emails, check the box to include those.

  • Click Rewrite All.

Step 4: Review the Results

  • Return to your Pitches page.

  • You’ll see a progress indicator while your emails are being rewritten (orange text).

  • Once it’s done, your updated copy will be ready to preview.

Experiment with different tone settings or writing instructions to find the best fit for your brand voice.
