Step 1: Check Your Current Pitch Activity
From your dashboard, you’ll see an overview of your total pitches:
This week’s total (e.g., 6 total pitches this week)
Today’s total (e.g., 6 of 25 pitches sent today)
This view helps you track overall send volume across all campaigns connected to the same email address.
Step 2: Review Daily Campaign Allocation
Inside each campaign, you’ll find your specific daily send limits:
Journalist Pitch: typically up to 20 pitches per day
PodPitch: typically up to 12 pitches per day
If you’re using one connected email for both, these totals are shared — meaning your combined sends can’t exceed your daily email limit.
Step 3: Check Your Scheduler
Each campaign includes a scheduler that displays the send times for your queued pitches.
For example:
Movies and Chaos might be scheduled to go out at 4:58 PM.
If you don’t see enough podcasts in your queue to reach your daily goal (e.g., 10 per day), try adding more to maintain steady activity.
Step 4: Optimize by Adding a Second Email
To maximize daily pitching capacity, you can connect an additional sending address.
How to add a second email:
Go to Settings → Email Connections.
Click Add another email.
Use an alternative address, such as:
Connect the new email to your second campaign.
💡 This allows each campaign to send at full capacity without sharing limits.
Step 5: Restart Your Campaigns
Once your second email is connected, both campaigns will send independently. You’ll see each reaching its daily send maximum as scheduled.
