What Repitching Does

If your original campaign finishes without a response, PodPitch can restart a brand-new email sequence for the same hosts. This way, you stay top of mind while referencing their most recent episodes.

How to Set It Up

  1. Open the campaign you’d like to repitch.

  2. In the top menu, go to Campaign SettingsFollow-Up Settings.

  3. Choose when to repitch: 30, 60, or 90 days after the last email.

  4. PodPitch will then send a new 3-email sequence designed to re-engage hosts who didn’t reply.

Why It Helps

  • Boosts response rates by giving you another touchpoint.

  • Keeps outreach relevant with references to the host’s latest content.

  • Saves time by automating the repitch process.

Pro Tip 💡

Choose a repitch interval that matches your campaign goals. For fast-moving launches, 30 days might make sense. For evergreen stories, 60–90 days helps you avoid over-emailing.
