📁How to Delete or Archive a Campaign in PodPitch

In PodPitch, you can either archive or delete campaigns. Archiving hides a campaign permanently while keeping its podcasts blocked, while deleting removes it completely and releases the podcasts to be repitched.

If you’d like to clean up your dashboard by removing old or inactive campaigns, you can archive or permanently delete them right from your Campaigns list.

Step 1: Hover Over the Campaign

In your Campaigns list, hover your mouse over the campaign name you want to manage.

You’ll see a 📁 folder icon appear at the end of the campaign name.

Step 2: Archive the Campaign

Click the 📁 folder icon once to archive the campaign.

You’ll see a confirmation message:

“Are you sure you want to archive this campaign? This action cannot be undone.”

Click Confirm, and the campaign will move into the Archived folder.

Step 3: Permanently Delete (Optional)

To completely remove a campaign:

  1. Go to the Archived folder.

  2. Locate the campaign you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete, then Confirm when prompted.

🔒 Important Notes

  • Archived campaigns cannot be restored.

  • The podcasts inside them remain blocked and will not be re-added to another campaign.

  • Permanent deletion will release those podcasts, making them available for future campaigns.

💡 Tip

  • Choose Archive if you want to hide a campaign but keep its data locked.

  • Choose Delete if you want to free up those podcasts for new outreach.
