Step 1: Go to Campaigns
From your dashboard, click Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Select the Campaign
Click the title of the campaign you want to turn off.
This will open the full campaign view.
Step 3: Turn the Campaign Off
In the top-right corner, you’ll see the campaign mode selector:
Smart
Manual
Off
Click Off to deactivate the campaign.
This stops all future emails and follow-ups from being sent.
Step 4: Check for Scheduled Sends
If any pitches are still queued, you may see reminders to ensure the campaign is fully turned off.
Once toggled to Off, no new pitches will go out.
Step 5: Reuse or Reassign the Seat
Once the campaign is off, you can:
Swap the seat for a new profile
Start a new campaign
Leave it inactive until needed
