✅ How to Connect With Your CSM

All call scheduling now goes through PodPitch’s Support Call Interceptor, which helps diagnose your issue so you get faster, more accurate support.

1. Go to the Home Page

Click Home in the dashboard.

2. Click “Get Live Help”

This opens the new guided support process.

3. Complete the 4-Step Support Flow

You’ll be prompted to:

After that, you’ll see the option to schedule a call.

4. Book Your Call

Choose a time that works for you.

5. Meet Your Dedicated CSM

The Customer Success Manager who leads your call becomes your ongoing CSM for long-term support.
