You can now connect your email to PodPitch using any provider — Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft, iCloud, or any IMAP-based service. Our upgraded system makes setup smoother and more reliable than ever.

🔧 How to Connect Your Email

  1. Go to Mailboxes → Let's connect your email

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click Other Email Providers

  4. You’ll be redirected to the next page, where you’ll see connection options:

    • Continue with Microsoft

    • Continue with iCloud

    • View All Providers → choose IMAP or another provider

  5. Enter your login credentials and server details

  6. Click Connect

    • PodPitch will verify your settings and prompt you if anything needs fixing

  7. Once connected, you’ll receive a confirmation and can begin sending and tracking emails immediately
