Adding Media Lists to Your Campaign

Here's how to add media lists to your Intercom campaign:

  1. Navigate to "Search & Lists"
    - Go to your Intercom dashboard and find "Search & Lists".

  2. Open Your Campaign
    - Click "Open" to start or access your campaign.

  3. Add Your Media List
    - Tick the box next to the media list or podcast you want to include.

  4. Add to Campaign
    - Click "Add to Campaign" and select your campaign.

  5. Proceed
    - Confirm by clicking "Proceed" to finalize.
