How to Add a Hyperlink to Your Emails in PodPitch

Want to include a clickable link in your outreach emails? You can easily add hyperlinks through your Profile Signature, and PodPitch will automatically apply them to all your campaign emails.

Step 1: Open Your Profile

  1. From your dashboard, click Profiles in the left-hand menu.

  2. Choose the profile you’d like to edit.

  3. Click Edit on the right-hand side.


Step 2: Add the Hyperlink in the Profile Signature

  1. Scroll down to the Profile Signature field.

  2. Type the sentence you’d like to appear at the bottom of your emails.

    • Example: “Learn more about me here.”

  3. Highlight the sentence, click the hyperlink option, and paste the URL you want to include.


Step 3: Save and Apply

  • Click Save once you’ve added the link.

  • Your signature will automatically update across all campaign emails tied to this profile.

  • There’s no need to rewrite emails — the update applies instantly.

  • Keep your link simple and relevant — for example, a website, book page, or press kit.

  • Avoid adding too many links. Fewer links = better deliverability and fewer spam risks.

  • If you don’t see your changes right away, try refreshing your dashboard.
