📘Not Receiving Pitches in Your Gmail Inbox

If you’re not seeing your outgoing PodPitch emails appear in your Gmail Sent folder right away — don’t worry! This is normal.

Why This Happens

PodPitch processes and routes your emails through our system before syncing them to your Gmail.


Because of this, the pitches may take a few hours to appear in your Sent folder.

Where to Check

Before reaching out, try the following:

  • đŸ“„ Check your Spam folder

  • 🗂 Check your Promotions tab

  • 🔄 Wait a bit longer — syncing can take some time
