✅Why the “Create Campaign” Button Is Not Active

If the Create Campaign button is greyed out or unclickable, don’t worry — this usually means one small setup step still needs to be completed. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:

1️⃣ You Don’t Have an Active Profile Yet

You must have at least one active profile before you can create a campaign.

How to activate a profile:

  1. Go to Profiles

  2. Click Add Inactive Profile (if you don’t already have one)

  3. Fill out the profile details

  4. Click Fill This Seat to activate it

Until a profile is active and assigned to a seat, the Create Campaign button will stay disabled.


2️⃣ Your Email Isn’t Connected Yet

PodPitch needs a connected email to send pitches.

Check your email connection:

  1. Go to Settings → Email

  2. Under Email Settings, connect your email:

    • Sign in with Google

    • Sign in with Microsoft

    • Other Email Providers / IMAP

  3. Ensure your email appears under Connected Emails

If your email is disconnected, the button won’t activate.


3️⃣ Browser or Internet Issue

Slow or unstable internet may delay UI updates.

Try:

  • Refreshing the page

  • Switching to Chrome

  • Logging out and back in


🎉 Once these steps are complete…

The Create Campaign button will turn blue and become active.
