If you are unable to click the "Create Campaign" button on PodPitch, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. No Active Profile
To create a campaign, you must have at least one active profile. Here’s how to check and activate your profile:
Go to the "Profiles" tab from your PodPitch dashboard.
Select an inactive profile and click "Fill This Seat" to activate it.
Ensure the profile remains active for the system to recognize it for campaigns.
2. Gmail Not Connected to PodPitch
Connecting your email is essential for sending pitches. Here’s how to check and connect your Gmail:
Go to the "Settings" tab in your PodPitch account.
Click on the "Email" section.
Select "Sign in with Google" and complete the authorization steps.
Confirm that your email is successfully connected.
3. Unstable Internet Connection
A poor or unstable internet connection can prevent the system from loading the campaign creation feature. Ensure you are connected to a stable network and refresh your browser.
