Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Your Campaign
Go to Campaigns and click the campaign you want to update.
2. Open Campaign Settings
Click Settings in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Smart Settings
Select Smart Settings from the menu.
4. Click Edit
This unlocks your sending window settings.
5. Set Your Time Window
Choose your desired:
Start Time (when sending begins)
End Time (when sending stops)
Smart Mode will only send emails within this window.
6. Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply.

Choosing business-hour windows (e.g., 9am–3pm) can increase reply likelihood.
