How to delete 2 email signatures

If you're seeing two email signatures in your messages, it's likely because both an email signature and a profile signature have been set up. To fix this, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Your Email Signature

  1. Go to Settings in your Intercom account.

  2. Navigate to the Email tab.

  3. Click on the email address that is showing the issue.

  4. Here, you can either customize or delete the signature to prevent duplicate signatures from appearing.

Step 2: Check Your Profile Signature

  1. Go to Active Profiles in your account.

  2. Tap the Edit button on the profile.

  3. Scroll to the bottom to find the Profile Signature section.

  4. You can either customize or delete the profile signature to avoid duplicates.

Best Practice Tip:

We recommend minimizing the number of links in your signature to reduce the risk of your emails being marked as spam.
