Follow this quick guide to resolve domain authentication problems.


🔧 Step-by-Step: Fix Domain Issues

1. Log In to PodPitch

Sign in to your dashboard at go.podpitch.com

2. Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left menu.

3. Open the Email Tab

Select Email on the left-hand side.

4. Open Spam Prevention

Click Spam Prevention to view your domain status.

5. Click Your Score

Your Spam Score is clickable — click it to see the detailed report.


🛠️ What You May Need to Fix

PodPitch looks at four key authentication items:

1. SPF Record

Ensures PodPitch is authorized to send emails on your behalf.
→ Click the Fix SPF link next to the issue.

2. DKIM

Adds a secure signature to your emails.
→ Click Set Up DKIM and follow the instructions.

3. DMARC

Protects your domain from spoofing and phishing.
→ Click Fix DMARC to add or adjust your policy.

4. Email Signature

Poor formatting can trigger spam filters.
→ Edit under Email Settings → Connected Emails → Edit.

  • Check your spam score weekly.

  • DNS updates can take 24 hours to reflect.

  • Fix warnings as soon as possible for better deliverability.
