🌐 How to Add Your Client’s Website to Their Campaign

You can easily add your client’s website to the emails sent from your PodPitch campaign. Follow the steps below to insert a clean, clickable hyperlink inside the pitch email.

Step 1: Open Your Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Click the campaign you want to edit

  3. Scroll down to the email preview section

Step 2: Highlight the Text You Want to Turn Into a Link

You can link any word or phrase — most users choose:

  • Website

  • Learn more

  • Click here

  • The client’s brand name

Step 3: Insert the Hyperlink

  1. Highlight the word or phrase

  2. Click the 🔗+ link icon

  3. A small box will appear — paste or type your website URL

  4. Click OK

✔ Tip:
The text will appear exactly as you typed it.
Make sure spelling and capitalization are correct.

Step 4: Apply to All Emails (Recommended)

To keep branding aligned, select:
​“Add profile signature to all emails”

This ensures the website link appears consistently across all sequences.
