Step 1: Open Your Campaign
Go to Campaigns
Click the campaign you want to edit
Scroll down to the email preview section
Step 2: Highlight the Text You Want to Turn Into a Link
You can link any word or phrase — most users choose:
Website
Learn more
Click here
The client’s brand name
Step 3: Insert the Hyperlink
Highlight the word or phrase
Click the 🔗+ link icon
A small box will appear — paste or type your website URL
Click OK
✔ Tip:
The text will appear exactly as you typed it.
Make sure spelling and capitalization are correct.
Step 4: Apply to All Emails (Recommended)
To keep branding aligned, select:
“Add profile signature to all emails”
This ensures the website link appears consistently across all sequences.
