🔍 Step 1: Check Campaign Status
Go to Campaigns → Select Your Campaign.
Make sure your campaign is:
Set to Smart Mode
Not paused
Not archived
Campaigns only send when they show as In Progress.
🔍 Step 2: Check Daily Sending Limits
Your campaign will stop sending for the day if:
You reached your daily pitch limit
Your profile already hit its daily or weekly target
You’re using one email address across multiple active campaigns and the combined limit was reached
🔍 Step 3: Check Your Profile
Smart Mode will pause automatically if:
Your profile is inactive
Required fields are missing (bio, key points, blurb)
The profile was accidentally archived or deleted
The sending email needs reconnection
🔍 Step 4: Check Smart Pitch Timing Settings
Go to:
Campaign Settings → Smart Pitch Settings
Verify:
Start Date — the biggest cause of Smart Mode not sending
Sending Window (Start Time → End Time)
Whether weekends are allowed or blocked
If the current time is outside your sending window, no pitches will send.
🔍 Step 5: Check Targeting & Matching
Smart Mode will pause if:
Your filters are too restrictive
No podcasts match your criteria
All matching podcasts were already pitched
Try widening your targeting settings to expand results.
🔍 Step 6: Email + Deliverability Issues
Smart Mode cannot send if:
Your email authentication token expired
Your domain has SPF/DKIM/DMARC issues
Your sending domain is temporarily blocked
Your mailbox needs reconnection
Reconnect your email by going to:
Mailboxes → Edit → Reconnect
🎉 Once you fix the issue
Smart Mode automatically resumes sending.
You don’t have to restart or rebuild the campaign.
