Why Your Campaign Isn’t Sending on Auto Mode

If your campaign isn’t sending on auto mode, follow these steps to check and resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the Campaign section.

  2. Select the campaign you’re working on.

  3. Open Campaign Settings.

  4. Navigate to Smart Pitch Settings.

  5. Verify the Start Date of the pitch.

Tip:

  • The most common reason campaigns fail to send automatically is the setup of the start date. Ensure that the pitching start date aligns with your intended schedule.

  • Also, confirm if you have scheduled specific podcasts for different dates than expected.

By following these steps, you can identify and fix issues preventing your campaign from auto-sending pitches.
