How to Schedule a Campaign Email with the 'Send Later' Feature in PodPitch

Scheduling your campaign emails in advance is a great way to plan your outreach and ensure timely communication with your audience. Here's a simple guide on how to use the 'Send Later' feature in PodPitch:

  1. Go to Campaigns
    Navigate to the "Campaigns" section within your PodPitch account.

  2. Select a Campaign
    Choose the campaign you want to schedule from your list.

  3. Click "Not Yet Sent"
    Once you're in the campaign, click on the "Not Yet Sent" button to access the email scheduling options.

  4. Click "Send Later"
    After selecting "Not Yet Sent," click the "Send Later" option.

  5. Choose a Custom Date and Time (Optional)
    If you want more control, select "Custom." You'll be prompted to choose the date and time you want your email to be sent.

  6. Choose the Time
    Use the time picker to select the exact time for sending the email.

  7. Click "Schedule"
    Once you've chosen the date and time, click the "Schedule" button to confirm your selection.

  8. Select Predefined Options
    If you don't need a custom date and time, you can opt for one of the predefined scheduling options:
