Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Your Campaign
Go to Campaigns → click your campaign title.
Step 2: Choose the Email You Want to Schedule
Scroll to the email in your sequence and click on it.
Step 3: Click “Send Later”
You will see the Send Later button above the email preview.
Step 4: Choose a Scheduling Option
You’ll see four quick-select options, such as:
Later Today
Tomorrow
In 2 Days
Next Week
Step 5: Choose a Custom Date (Optional)
Click the calendar icon to set a specific date.
Step 6: Choose a Custom Time (Optional)
Click the clock icon to select an exact time.
Step 7: Click “Schedule”
Your email is now scheduled! 🎉
Step 8: Unschedule if Needed
Click Unschedule next to the email to cancel the scheduled send.
Important Details
These rules still apply even when manually scheduling an email:
⏰ Timezone
All scheduled emails use your campaign’s timezone.
📆 Business Day Rules
Follow-ups still respect your business day settings.
🚫 Weekend Setting
If your campaign has weekend = false, the message will not send on a Saturday/Sunday even if you manually schedule it for those days.
📨 Daily Limits
Scheduled emails count toward your num_outreaches_per_day limit.
How to View or Edit Scheduled Emails
Go to your campaign’s Scheduled section to:
See upcoming scheduled emails
Edit the scheduled time
Cancel a scheduled send
Common Issues & Fixes
Email didn’t send at the scheduled time
Likely causes:
OAuth token expired → reconnect your email
Weekend restriction
Campaign paused
“Send Later” is greyed out
The profile isn’t active
The campaign is set to Smart Mode
(Send Later works only in Manual Mode)
Can’t find “Send Later”
Switch your campaign from Smart → Manual to enable this feature.
