Blocking Your Calendar - To Stop Sending Emails & Follow-Ups During Holidays

Follow these steps to block your calendar and pause email or follow-up messages during holidays:

  1. Go to Settings

    • Log in to your Intercom account and navigate to the Settings tab.

  2. Go to General

    • Within the Settings menu, select General.

  3. Unlock Calendar

    • Locate the Calendar section and ensure it is unlocked.

  4. Select Dates to Block

    • Click on the dates you want to block to prevent emails or follow-ups from being sent.

  5. Click Save

    • After selecting the dates, click Save to finalize the changes.

Your calendar will now block email and follow-up activities on the specified dates.
