Follow these steps to block your calendar and pause email or follow-up messages during holidays:
Go to Settings
Log in to your Intercom account and navigate to the Settings tab.
Go to General
Within the Settings menu, select General.
Unlock Calendar
Locate the Calendar section and ensure it is unlocked.
Select Dates to Block
Click on the dates you want to block to prevent emails or follow-ups from being sent.
Click Save
After selecting the dates, click Save to finalize the changes.
Your calendar will now block email and follow-up activities on the specified dates.
