Blocking Your Calendar - To Stop Sending Emails & Follow-Ups During Holidays

If you want to prevent emails or follow-up messages from sending on specific dates (like holidays), you can block your calendar in PodPitch.

Step 1: Go to Settings

  • Log in to your PodPitch account.

  • Click on the Settings tab in the left-hand menu.


Step 2: Open General Settings

  • Within the Settings menu, select General.


Step 3: Unlock Calendar

  • Locate the Calendar section.

  • Make sure the calendar is unlocked so you can make changes.


Step 4: Select Dates to Block

  • Click on the dates you want to block.

  • This ensures no emails or follow-ups will be sent on those days.


Step 5: Save Changes

  • After selecting the dates, click Save.

  • Your calendar will now automatically pause outreach during the blocked dates.
