🛑 Blocking Your Calendar — How to Stop Emails & Follow-Ups on Specific Dates (Holidays, Travel, Events)

If you want PodPitch to stop sending emails or follow-up messages on certain days, you can easily block those dates in your account settings. This is perfect for holidays, team breaks, or days you simply don’t want outreach going out.

🔧 Step-by-Step: Block Sending Days

1. Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left-hand menu of your dashboard.

2. Stay on the Account Page

Under Account Settings, scroll until you see:

“Block Sending on Smart Pitch.”

3. Select the Dates You Want to Block

You’ll see a calendar where you can toggle dates on or off:

  • U.S. holidays appear in purple by default (already blocked)

  • Deselect any holiday you want to allow sending on

  • Select any additional dates you want to stop PodPitch from sending (holidays, company closures, travel, etc.)

4. Click Save Changes

After selecting or deselecting dates, click Save Changes to confirm.

5. You’re All Set!

PodPitch will now pause all initial sends and follow-ups on the dates you selected.
Outreach resumes automatically the following day.
