Managing and organizing podcasts in PodPitch can be accomplished in two modes: Manual Mode and Smart Mode. Below is an overview of each mode's functionality to give users clarity on the system's features.1. Go to Campaign Tab: 2. Select the Campaign - Click Smart:
From the dashboard, locate and click on the Campaign tab.
Click on the campaign you wish to update.
Locate and click on the Smart option within the campaign settings.
Set to "Manual"
Look for the setting that allows you to toggle between "Smart" and "Manual."In Manual Mode, users gain full control by manually adding podcasts to their list using the Add More Podcasts button available below the list. This mode is ideal for focused, specific management of campaigns.
Save Your Changes:
Ensure that you save your changes before exiting. Look for a "Save" or "Apply" button at the bottom or top-right corner of the screen.In contrast, Smart Mode automatically queues eligible podcasts for your campaigns, making it convenient for managing a large number of entries.
