Step-by-Step: Create a Template

1. Go to PodPitch

Navigate to:

2. Open Your Campaigns

Click Campaigns in the left-hand menu.

3. Select the Campaign

Choose the campaign where you want to create or use templates.

4. Click “Templates”

In the top-right campaign menu, select Templates.

5. Click “New Template”

This opens a blank template builder.

6. Name Your Template

Enter a descriptive name — e.g., “Warm Outreach v2” or “Leadership Tone Initial Email.”

7. Create Your Email Body

Click inside the blank email editor.

Type your template content.

💡 Pro Tip:
Use variables instead of typing custom details manually.

Examples from the left-side panel:

  • @host → Inserts podcast host name

  • @show → Inserts show name

  • @bio → Inserts the profile's bio

  • @topic → Inserts your chosen pitch topic

Avoid typing names manually — variables personalize automatically.

8. Save Your Template

Click Create Template.

Your new template will now appear in your Templates list and can be applied to any campaign email.
