Applying a template in your PodPitch 2.0 dashboard makes it easy to standardize your outreach and save time. Follow these steps to update your campaign with the correct email templates.
Step 1: Open Your Campaign
Navigate to your PodPitch 2.0 dashboard.
Select the campaign you’d like to update.
Step 2: Apply the Template to the First Email
Scroll down to the first email in the podcast queue.
In the lower right-hand corner, click Apply Template.
From the dropdown menu, choose:
Enable Initial Outreach → Version 2
Click Apply Template.
Wait for the progress bar to complete — this confirms the template has been applied.
Step 3: Apply Templates to Follow-Up Emails
Repeat the same process for your follow-ups:
Open the second email (first follow-up).
Click Apply Template and choose the version provided.
Repeat for the third email (second follow-up).
Step 4: Confirm Your Templates
Once the progress bars are complete for each email, your campaign will be running with the updated templates.
