Resolving Campaign Pauses Due to Email Connection Issues

If your campaign is paused because of an email connection issue, follow these quick steps to resolve it:

  1. Open Settings: Log into PodPitch and go to the Settings menu.
    ​

  2. Go to Email Tab: Select the Email tab to manage your email connections.
    ​

  3. Remove Email: Delete the email address linked to the paused campaign.
    ​

  4. Reconnect Email: Re-add the email address to PodPitch.
    ​

  5. Check Campaign Status: Verify if the error message is gone and the campaign is running.
