How to Reconnect Your Email in PodPitch

If your campaign is paused because your email has been disconnected, you can quickly reconnect it from your dashboard.

Step 1: Locate the Reconnect Box

  • At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a reconnect notification box.

  • It will show the email address that needs to be reconnected (e.g., [email protected]).


Step 2: Reconnect Your Email

  • Click the Reconnect button in the box.

  • There’s no need to remove the existing connection first — the system will automatically reconnect your email.


Step 3: Resume Your Campaign

  • Once reconnected, your campaign (e.g., KLHPR) will automatically be able to restart.


Step 4: If Issues Persist

  • If the reconnect does not work, please reach out through chat.

  • Our team will submit a bug report and have the backend team resolve the issue.
