Step 1: Go to Profiles
From your dashboard, click Profiles in the left-hand sidebar.
At the top of the page, make sure Show Profiles without subscriptions is toggled on so you can see inactive profiles.
Step 2: Archive the Profile
Find the profile you want to remove.
On that profile row:
Click the Archive folder icon
Click Archive to confirm
This moves the profile to the archived profiles list.
Step 3: Open Archived Profiles
Above the Search Profiles bar at the top of the page, click Show Archived.
You will now see the Archived profiles section.
Step 4: Delete the Profile
In the Archived list:
Locate the profile you archived
Click Delete
Once confirmed, the profile will be permanently removed from your account.
Important Notes
🚨 Deleted profiles cannot be recovered.
Make sure you are deleting the correct profile before confirming.
Profiles with active subscriptions cannot be deleted until the subscription has been removed or moved.
💡 Tip: If you only want to stop using a profile temporarily, you can archive it instead of deleting it.
