✅ Step 1: Open Voices from Settings
From your dashboard, click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the left-hand menu.
Select Voices.
✅ Step 2: Select the Voice
Find the voice you want to duplicate in your Voices list and click on it.
✅ Step 3: Click Duplicate
Click Duplicate.
A complete copy of that voice will be created instantly.
✅ Step 4: You’re Done!
Your duplicated voice will now appear in your Voices list.
You can rename it and adjust tone settings as needed.
💡 Tip
Duplicated voices are perfect for A/B testing, refining tone, or creating different messaging styles (for example: casual vs. executive).
⚠️ If Your Campaign Was Already Created
If your campaign was created before duplicating the voice:
The new voice will not appear automatically in that campaign’s voice selector
This is expected — campaign voice options are locked at creation
👉 Just message us in chat, and we’ll link the new voice to your campaign on the backend. This only takes a moment.
